“CRIATIVIDADE NO LOCAL DE TRABALHO”

Pretende dar a conhecer uma forma de abordagem inovadora, denominada  arte-terapia corporativa. A exposição enquadra-se no tema proposto pela Federação Mundial da Saúde Mental para o ano de 2017, em que a saúde mental é pensada para todos!

Importa relembrar que ter saúde não é apenas a ausência de doença, mas todo um conjunto de factores que influenciam o bem-estar físico, psicológico e social do Ser Humano. As organizações podem ser promotoras desse propósito através ações formativas dedicadas aos seus RH (Recursos Humanos). Para além de preventivas, estas intervenções são também construtivas e produtivas, quer para o trabalhador quer para a empesa.  

A exposição reúne uma pequena mostra de trabalhos elaborados em contexto organizacional ao longo de ações promovidas desde 2015,  para o desenvolvimento de competências pessoais e profissionais dinamizado por Leonor Isidoro, arte-terapeuta e psicóloga.

 

"CREATIVITY IN THE WORKPLACE"

It intends to present a form of innovative approach, called corporate art-therapy. The exhibition fits the theme proposed by the World Federation of Mental Health for the year 2017, in which mental health is thought for all! It should be remembered that having health is not only the absence of disease, but a whole of factors that influence the physical, psychological and social well-being of the Human Being. Organizations can be promoters of this purpose through training actions dedicated to their  human resources. In addition to being preventive, these interventions are also constructive and productive, both for the worker and for the company.

The exhibition brings together a small sample of works developed in an organizational context along the actions promoted since 2015, for the development of personal and professional competences promoted by Leonor Isidoro, art therapist and psychologist.
